As a Fashion Marketing and Management major Jay has an inside perspective on the ever-changing fashion industry. She has a very notable style favoring street style & athleisure but has a wide array of experience with other aesthetics & styles that she has been building on for the last 4 years.

Apart from fashion, Jay is passionate about spirituality and mental health, and wants to share her journey with these aspects of life. She wants her articles on lifestyle to be helpful to anyone who comes onto the site, as she believes "mental health is the core of your overall health."
